At 01:10 today, 8th February, the temperature dropped to -6.8°C, the coldest temperature of the winter so far. This beat the -6.4°C set on February 4th and is the coldest temperature recorded since December 20th 2010.
Cloud increased during the night and the temperature had risen to -2.7°C at day break.
